At Nepenthes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
